A. Foreign and national voluntary organizations submitted (88) entry visa applications to the Humanitarian Aid Commission, (50) entry visas were approved and (38) visas remain pending.

B. United Nations agencies and international organizations submitted (52) entry visa applications to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, (50) entry visas were approved and (2) visas remain pending.

C. Issuing (81) permits to move to foreign voluntary organizations, namely the International Rescue Committee, Doctors Without Borders (MSF), the Swiss, Belgian, Dutch, Medical Corps, World Child Care, the Danish Refugee Council, Mercy Corps, Italian Emergency, Islamic Relief, International Relief, Italian Coppi, German Organization for Agricultural Work, Catholic Relief Services and Smartin Purse to various states of Sudan.

D. Issuing (67) permits to move to United Nations agencies and international organizations, namely UNICEF, World Food Program, High Commissioner for Refugees, United Nations Development Fund, International Migration, United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs and the International Committee of the Red Cross.

A number of United Nations agencies, foreign and national organizations distributed humanitarian aid as follows:

A. Transporting (574) tons of food supplies (oil, salt, lentils, meal) to a number of Sudanese states.

B. Transporting (3,958) cartons (child care tools, cleaning equipment, medicines, entertainment tools, education tools) to a number of Sudanese states.

C. The Federal Ministry of Health transported (120) tons of emergency medicines to the cities of Kassala, Gedaref and Omdurman.

D. The Sudanese Red Crescent transported (1400) cartons of food baskets, (300) bags of flour, (500) bags of sugar and (150) cartons of clothes to Sennar State.

E. The Joint National Committee for Humanitarian Emergencies transported (150) tons of wheat flour to the states of Kassala and Gedaref, and transported (90) tons of emergency medicines to the cities of Atbara, Dongola and Gedaref.

F. The Jasmar Organization for Food Security transported medical equipment to the city of Omdurman in Khartoum State.

25. The Sudanese government renewed in a statement issued by the Sovereignty Council on 18/10/2024 its commitment to provide all facilities for the flow of humanitarian aid to those in need throughout the country and to open the airports of Kassala, Dongola, El Obeid and Kadugli, which was agreed upon between His Excellency the president of the Sovereignty Council and His Excellency the President of the State of South Sudan, thus there are 6 airports available to international organizations in addition to 7 land crossings that were previously approved.

26. Three planes arrived from Indonesia carrying about (53) tons of medical and humanitarian aid.

27. The Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning announced in a statement the payment for humanitarian aid that the ministry made after the outbreak of the war on April 15, 2023 until August 2024 as follows:

A. An amount of (300) million dollars as customs exemptions for humanitarian aid.

B. An amount of (34.6) billion pounds in direct cash payment to meet the costs of transporting, storing and providing humanitarian aid.

C. An amount of (470) billion pounds to purchase wheat and corn for the displaced in some states.

D. An amount of (75) billion pounds to purchase corn from the strategic stockpile.

E. An amount of (230) million dollars allocated for humanitarian work from the World Bank.

F. An amount of (176) million dollars from the African Bank for development as humanitarian assistance.
